Rev. Burton S. Highley, once Minister of Trappe's Trinity Church South, started The Talbot Times with Percival Mullikin, who had edited the Trappe Enterprise, in 1885. Mullikin took it over completely and moved it to Easton in 1902, where it closed the next year. Perhaps only half a dozen issues survive. This issue is from Nov. 25, 1885 (click to enlarge)
