Island Creek Neck Primary School #5 in the mid 1890s. Second from right is Elizabeth Caulk and fourth from right is her younger sister Sallie. The woman third from right is certainly the teacher whose name was probably Miss Mollier, who was teaching there in 1884. On Oct. 29, 1884 the Trappe Enterprise reported that "The contract for building a new school-house on Island creek has been given to Col. Edward Roberts of Easton".
